| Upload time window | 24 hrs |
| Backups per organization, per 24 hrs | 1,000 |
| Backups per project, per 24 hrs | 200 |
| Restores per organization, per 24 hrs | 100 |
| Restores per project, per 24 hrs | 50 |
Higher limits
Need higher limits? Most values can be raised on request — get in touch with support.
You set the retention period per project — 30 days by default, at most 365 days; with WORN storage enabled it remains immutable for the duration of the retention period. Storage prices and exact quotas per zone are shown during project creation.
API
If you use the API, these limits apply on top:
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Requests per IP address | 60/minute |
| Requests per service account | 60/minute |
| Size of one request | 1 MB |
Over the limit the API answers 429 with a Retry-After header; wait that
many seconds and retry.
